If you’re a Sims 3 player who’s been waiting for new worlds to drop, you’re in for a treat. The Sims Depot has been working on its latest TS3 world, Pottersville, for quite some time now, and is happy to announce that it’s very near completion. Currently, the world is in the play testing, tweaking and fixing stage. Below is a video of screenshots just to give you an idea of what’s in store. As you can see, it will be a very large Late Night-style city world filled with many districts, each with a different feel:
Another thing on the table is a revamp of The Sim Depot’s older CAW worlds, Sim Acres, Oceanview and Riverside, so be on the look out for new and improved editions after Pottersville is eventually released!

Thanks for your enthusiasm! Not to brag, but I think Pottersville will definitely meet your expectations. Unfortunately, though, the world has been a little delayed. The problem is that it’s so huge right now that there’s some serious lag. However, I’m working on the problem right now and hopefully, will have it fixed shortly. Unfortunately, this is the down side of worldbuilding. You can build to your heart’s content, but none of that will be worth a damn if it can’t run efficiently on anyone’s machine, and the last thing I’d want is for Pottersville to be a world that only people with elite machines can run.
