Description
This is the first release of Pottersville, which is populated and contains 195 lots. It’s meant to work on powerful systems that can handle large Sims 3 worlds like Boroughsburg and has all Sims 3 EPs except for Into the Future, Supernatural and University.

- COMPUTER SPECS:
Pottersville 1.0 is a very large world with 195 lots and over 100 sims. Because it’s so large, it’s not recommended for computers that can’t handle large worlds. The Sims Depot highly recommends at least a 4GB RAM quadcore CPU and using any one of the popular mods (like Overwatch) to get a handle on things. - MOST IMPORTANT EPS (ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY):
Late Night, Showtime, Seasons and Ambitions. The bulk of Pottersville is built around these EPs, particularly the downtown area. - NEXT MOST IMPORTANT:
Generations, World Adventures and Pets, which were used to decorate lots and model sims with. - OPTIONAL, BUT GOOD TO HAVE:
Island Paradise, for the routing and a small handful of items at the public pools. - REQUIRES:
Riverview from the Sims 3 store CC: Completely CC-free! It doesn’t even use Registration Rewards, so you can breathe easy!

Pottersville 2.0, the update to this world, is more or less the same, except for a few cosmetic tweaks, as well as an update to two residential houses. If you have 1.0 and want to get the updated versions of those houses, then download them below:
FLW I House
This is the residential lot occupied by the Holbrook family at the farthest end of the Pottersville map. Simply evict the Holbrooks, bulldoze their house and replace it with this one.
FLW II House
This is the residential lot that is next door to the Holbrook family, who live at the farthest end of the Pottersville map. Bulldoze the house and replace it with this updated version.
